Cassidy Laskosky, BA Psych, MACP

Cassidy (she/her) is a Master’s student in Counselling Psychology and holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta. Through her empathetic, caring, and calm demeanor, Cassidy instills a positive environment for clients to express their feelings and needs, as well as share their vulnerable experiences.

Cassidy leads with a Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioural approach. Through this framework, it allows for a positive and mindfulness approach to working through client’s past, present and future experiences. By being mindful of the client’s needs, it allows for flexibly to occur within sessions and allows for the client’s needs to be the priority. Cassidy’s goal is to provide clients with a safe and judgement-free space to explore their feelings, emotions and experiences.

Cassidy has a keen interested in working with youth, however she is looking to connect with all demographics, ages and experiences, as she develops her skills as a practicum student.
