Tamara is the Operations Manager at OCCS and is a proud First Nations, belonging to Kettle and Stony Point Chippewas, born and raised here in Kelowna, BC. Tamara came to us with a wealth of knowledge from a First Nations Government, specializing in First Nations Health Authority funding and services. Tamara is passionate about mental health and is a strong advocate and ally for Autism and Neurodiverse individuals.
Alongside her consultative operations and administrative support here at the clinic, she is also a student pursing her dream of Social Work so she can further support Indigenous communities within in the Okanagan.
Personally, Tamara is a wife and mother to 4 children. Her and her family enjoying spending time outdoors and taking adventures. Tamara is empathic, understanding and always happy to lend a helping hand.
