Tracy holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from the University of Northern British Columbia and a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Tracy has an extensive background working with both youth and adults with mental health and substance use struggles, having provided counselling services for the past twelve years.

Tracy’s warm, genuine, and empathic nature invites clients to be authentic and vulnerable in sharing their stories and desires for change. Tracy views her role as a counsellor as an absolute privilege and maintains both passion and dedication for helping others live their preferred lives.

Tracy has training in and draws from the following counselling modalities: Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Self- Compassion, and Motivational Interviewing.
