Her journey to become a counsellor began after receiving invaluable acceptance and guidance from her own therapist at a young age. Her goal is to help you discover and connect with your most authentic self. Together, you will uncover how previous experiences shape your current behaviours, examine common narratives, explore alternative perspectives, and work toward aligning your everyday actions with your core values. Senja aims to support you in your journey to understand the sources of distress, disruption, and disconnection in your life and to collaboratively generate actionable goals to enhance your well-being.

Nathan is our Community Relations Manager and focuses on building better mental health accessibility in the community.. He is an Okanagan local born and raised. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Counselling in 2016, Nathan has spent his vocational years working with charities, not-for-profits, and school districts in Kelowna, focusing on community development and fundraising. In his previous roles in the community, Nathan has seen the impact that a public-focused mental health service can have. As one of the clinic managers, Nathan will also be happy to assist with any administrative questions or help with online bookings. Nathan can also assist with any technical issues clients may have on the website or Jane App.

Carly Bartlett

Intake & Administrative Assistant

Carly has worked as an office administrator for nearly 15 years and completed her Medical Office Assistant in 2016. Though she took a break from working in the medical field she has continuously worked on growing her skillset. Specifically in customer service, these skills make sure that her customers always have the best experience possible. This is done though positive relationships and continued support. She brings to the office a calm and collected approach with a positive everyday is a new day attitude.

Carly is a loving mother and ‘bonus’ mom. She has lived in the Okanagan for 6 years and has always been passionate about mental health and addiction work. Carly has volunteered in the streets of Vernon and Kelowna handing out supplies to the people in need and continues to always help where she can. She has worked with persons with disabilities and acquired brain injuries and has always been passionate about advocating for people’s rights.

Carly loves being outdoors in nature enjoying the beach, boat days, hikes, and soaking up the sun. During the colder days Carly enjoys a good bonfire, hiking with her family and two dogs, or snuggling up on the couch with a good book.

Carly is excited to be a part of the team and looks forward to making your experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.
