April 8, 2025Cali is a pre-licensed counsellor, holding a Master of Social Work and BA in Psychology from UBC Okanagan. With over five years of experience in mental health and substance use care, she brings a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental presence to therapy. She strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable exploring their emotions, making sense of their experiences, and reconnecting with their inner strengths. Cali brings a holistic, compassionate approach to therapy that honours the complexity of each person’s journey.
Cali is honoured to walk alongside her clients as they navigate life’s difficulties such as deep trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief – as well as substance use and neurodiversity support (ADHD, ASD). She believes in the capacity of every individual and focuses on empowering clients to recognize their strengths and resilience while she accompanies them on their healing journey where, together, a path to healing and wellness can be explored.
Cali believes everyone is the expert in their own lives and strives to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs. Using an inclusive, collaborative, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approach, she utilizes a wide variety of evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and narrative therapy.
Outside of her clinical work, Cali is passionate about animals and fosters dogs with a local rescue. She finds joy in reading, creative pursuits such as pottery, and spending time with her husband and beloved pets.
