December 18, 2025Liliane is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) whose trauma-informed approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. She works with adults, teens, couples, and children (ages 5+), with core areas of focus that include trauma, intimate partner abuse recovery, attachment and relational wounds, grief and loss, and emotion regulation. Her work also encompasses building self-worth, with a particular focus on fostering self-compassion and developing healthy, sustainable boundaries.
Liliane views counselling as a collaborative and values-based process. Her practice is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with supportive techniques drawn from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a strengths-based, client-centred perspective. Together, these approaches help clients navigate life’s challenges while building resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful connections to what matters most to them.
Born in Paraguay and now living in Canada, Liliane brings a deep understanding of the complexities of transition and identity into her work with individuals, couples, and survivors of intimate partner violence. Outside of her professional role, she finds joy in spending time with her step-kiddos and in nature, sources of connection and growth that reflect the values she brings into her therapeutic relationships. Liliane supports clients in reconnecting with their values and strengths as they navigate healing, growth, and meaningful change.
