Sara Park, Practicum Student
December 16, 2005Lindsay is a practicum student at OK Clinical Therapy Group and is currently completing his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. His background as an educator has fostered a deep appreciation for the strength and resilience of individuals. This experience informs his ability to connect with people, recognize their unique gifts, and support them in achieving their personal goals.
Lindsay works from an integrated approach that combines a cognitive-behavioural and constructivist lens. He draws on person-centered, narrative, and solution-focused practices to meet clients where they are. He is deeply curious about each person’s story and is guided by a strengths-based perspective. Lindsay believes that healing is an innate process, and that the therapeutic relationship can help clients reconnect with their sense of agency, resilience, and connectedness to others.
He is currently practicing as an intern under the supervision Anni Muhlegg (RSW #10120).
