Alanna brings well over a decade of experience in customer support, particularly in a healthcare setting. She supports our team and clients as an Intake Manager and truly values the importance of making mental health services accessible while creating a positive impact in her community.
Alanna has always had an interest in health and a natural desire to help others. After working in dentistry as a Dental Assistant, she decided to further pursue her passion for wellness and earned her Diploma in Holistic Nutrition, where she honed her skills in connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing compassionate care. As Intake Manager, Alanna is dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all clients at OK Clinical.
