Noa (she/her) provides counselling services at OK Clinical Therapy Group as a practicum student. She is currently completing her master of counselling through the University of Lethbridge.
Noa integrates compassion, humour, warmth, curiosity, and cultural humility into her practice, drawing from evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, and emotionally focused couples therapy. Noa is committed to creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard and supported as they explore their stories and chart a path forward that feels authentic and empowering.
Alongside her graduate studies, Noa works as a housing support coordinator, providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care to individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges, housing insecurity, and complex life transitions. Her work is grounded in empathy, active listening, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience, working collaboratively to uncover clients’ inner strengths and reconnect with their values.
Noa is practicing as an intern under the supervision of Tami O’Meara (RCC #2518)
