Nike works with adults, adolescents, and couples using a trauma-informed, relational approach to counselling. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational counselling, with a strong focus on how personal history, cultural context, and external pressures shape emotional wellbeing, identity, and resilience.
Nike brings a structured and thoughtful approach to therapy, helping clients make sense of their experiences while building practical skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, and navigate life transitions. Sessions are tailored to each client’s goals, balancing reflection with forward-moving work.
She provides a supportive, culturally responsive space where clients can explore challenges honestly, develop clarity, and strengthen their capacity to cope and grow, both personally and relationally.
